At Savannahgoldcat.com, we’re committed to the lifelong health and happiness of every kitten we sell. That’s why we include a limited health guarantee and offer optional insurance coverage to protect your new family member.
Every kitten comes with:
A licensed veterinarian health certificate
Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming
14-day protection against contagious illnesses (like feline distemper or upper respiratory infections)
If a certified veterinarian diagnoses your kitten with a qualifying illness within 14 days of delivery, we offer a full refund or a replacement kitten (based on availability), provided you notify us within 48 hours of diagnosis and share the vet report.
For added peace of mind, we offer an optional 1-Year Health Insurance Plan, which covers:
Hereditary or genetic conditions (e.g. heart, kidney, or neurological issues)
Emergency illness treatment reimbursement
Partial coverage for vet visits and medications
Cost: $99 (one-time payment)
Coverage starts after 14 days from delivery and lasts 12 months.
Injuries caused by neglect, abuse, or accidents
Non-documented health claims
Conditions that develop after the initial guarantee or without vet confirmation
Shipping costs or routine vet care (unless specified in insurance)
All claims must be submitted by email within 48 hours of diagnosis and include:
Vet report with diagnosis
Date of delivery and proof of purchase
Photos and treatment records if applicable
